You are an architect (m/f/d) with planning expertise. You are able to work independently on complex planning issues and coordinate with specialist planners. Current projects at .bieker include the construction and conversion of data centres, the revitalisation of office buildings and the renovation of railway stations. Your work will focus on assisting employees with the planning of data centres for international developers and operators. You are focused and work on the creation of BIM-based planning.

This is what we want from you:

  • Completed university degree in architecture (BSc or MSc)
  • Interest in the planning of technically demanding, complex buildings
  • Confident use of Revit
  • Team-oriented, cooperative working style
  • Precise and independent working style
  • Good communication skills
  • 3 years of professional experience as a planning architect (m/f/d) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage
